Managing Partner

Rusman Effendi serves as the Managing Partner and Founder of REFF Partnership Advocates & Counselors. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, in 1996, followed by a Master’s degree in Law and Energy Business from the same university. He also holds a Master’s degree in Law from Gadjah Mada University. With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, he has been a licensed Receiver and Administrator since 2013.

Rusman's extensive career includes roles such as Senior Corporate Legal at PT Tempo Scan Pacific, Tbk for seven years, Head of the Legal & HRD Division at PT Gaswara International for four years, three years at Bastari & Associates Law Office, and over ten years as a partner at Whibisana & Partners (WnP).

He possesses significant expertise in Corporate & Commercial Law, Banking, Land & Property, Mining, and Labor Law. Additionally, Rusman excels in providing Legal Advice and conducting Legal Due Diligence, particularly in corporate actions including shareholder meetings, share transactions, and mergers & acquisitions.
